In addition to our full management services, we offer a rental service to aid you in renting your unit.

Advertising on our Free Rental List

Your only cost for advertising on our free rental list is a nominal $100.00 per unit (one time only until unit is rented). If you prefer, you may pay $400.00 per year to list unlimited vacancies for 12 months (maximum of 6 units on the list at any one time). You show your own unit in this great program.

Rental List and Showing

If you wish us to show your unit as well as run a check credit, lease your unit on our rental list, your cost is only $600.00 per unit. ($100.00 up front for rental listing and $500.00 to be paid upon rental)

In all cases above, unit will stay on the list until rented or for a maximum of two months whichever comes first.
